Pallet supplier

He refused to service me insisting I worked for another company im not giving you prices when I needed 10 pallets to move my belognings in an emergency situation. He then proceeded to ignore my calls I found better service elsewhere and i invite everyone else to look around for people who are polite and give proper service.

I never leave negative reviews but I had a truly terrible experience with this company so was compelled to share my experience. We contacted them for racking at which point they said they had 60% of our required list on hand. We provided them with a 20% deposit as requested to ensure we would have the items available for our required delivery date. They ensured us the remainder would be easy to obtain. We had contact with them several more times before our required delivery date. It wasn't until 8 days before the delivery that they indicated there was a problem. They however did not reach out to say there was a problem, I had to ask if delivery was still on track. They didn't even have the courtesy to call! They simply emailed saying nothing was available and they would be returning the deposit. Yep, left us high and dry, didn't even offer to help in any way. Finally it took another two weeks to get our deposit back and we only got it by calling multiple times and having one of our team members pick up the cheque.
